Sunroll is an app for adults only. We do not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.

Our standards
- Only people aged 18 or older may use Sunroll. Users must confirm they are 18+ before creating a profile, and the app does not accept a profile age below 18.
- Any content or behaviour that sexualises, grooms, exploits or endangers a minor is prohibited, including attempts to contact minors.
- Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently banned and their content removed.

How to report
Every profile and chat in the app has a … menu with Report. Choose “Appears to be under 18” or another reason — the person is blocked at once and the report goes to our moderation team. You can also report directly to our child safety contact below.

How we act
- Reports involving minors are reviewed with the highest priority.
- We remove the content, ban the account, and preserve the information required by law.
- We report child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement, as required by applicable law.
